- By purchasing a ticket for the trampoline area, you agree to the following Terms.
- You must present the confirmation email to access the activity, which becomes
redeemable after 3 hours of purchase. - The management may update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will be
available on the website. - The ticket is valid for 7 days from the purchase date.
- The lost or stolen coupon offer is not replaceable if lost or damaged.
- Unused tickets cannot be extended, reloaded, or refunded after expiry.
- Access is allowed only with proper grip socks (available for purchase if not carried).
- The above offer prices for trampoline sessions are valid Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 2
PM. - The offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
- Damaged property caused by negligence will incur additional charges.
- The management is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance with rules or
personal negligence. - These Terms are governed by Indian law.
What Can You Do With It?
Q1. Will The Woopee Card Be A Physical Card Or A Digital Card?
Ans: The Woopee card will just be purchased digitally, after purchasing it you will receive an email which will help you avail a Physical card from Woop.
Q2. How Long Will It Take To Receive The Mail?
Ans: You will receive the mail when you complete the purchase on your registered email ID.
Q3. Is My Virtual Card Secure?
Ans: Yes, your virtual card is unique and secure. Please treat it like any other card information and avoid sharing it with anyone.
Q4. Can I Return Or Exchange The Woopee Card?
Ans: The Woopee card once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q5. Can I Top-Up My Woopee Card?
Ans: Yes, the Woopee card like any other card available at woop can be Recharged.
