Human Resource

Eligibility
  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduation/Post-graduation completed.
Experience
  • Must have experience in HR prospect for five to seven years in any industry. Primary preference from FEC will be considered.
Job Profile
  • Should be able to manage a team of 50+ employees.
  • Should be able to control attrition with the help of the operation team
    and reporting manager.
  • Catering concerns of staff and maintaining standards of the company’s policy.
  • Timely processing of payroll, grooming standards, recruitment, staff statutory benefits etc.
  • Should be flexible and always ready for challenges.

Technician

Eligibility
  • Graduation/Post-graduation completed.
Experience
  • Must have experience in technical prospect for five to seven years. Primary preference will be given to local candidates and good experience with Parfait (Semnox) knowledge as well.
Job Profile
  • Should be able to manage a team of 50+ employees.
  • Should know Arcade Games, VR games, Vending Games etc.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot all the machine’s concerns on priority.
  • Excellent knowledge of bowling lanes and errors rectification.
  • Excellent network with vendors for spares and repairing machines.
  • Should have board-level knowledge, SMPS, IO board etc and make sure 100% of machines are online at all times.
  • Periodic checks should be done on machines and update the machine checklist to identify the problems.
  • Should be able to work and coordinate with the team for smooth operations.
