Terms & Conditions

1. General:

This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for using the Woop Funcation Card (“Card”).

By purchasing or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Woop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior written notice.
The latest version of the Terms will be available on the Woop website.

2. Card Validity:

The card is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After making online purchases, the card redemption validity will be for 7 days.

However, upon receipt of the Woop physical card, utilization should occur on the same day.

Expired cards cannot be reloaded or used for any purchases.

3. Usage:

Recharge Offers: Only recharge offers are valid for all 7 days of the Card’s validity.

Offer Days: All offers associated with the games are available only from Monday to Friday. This offer is not valid on weekends and public holidays.

Merging Offers: This Card offer cannot be merged with any other offer provided by Woop.

Exclusive Recharge: The Recharge offers are available on holiday & weekends as well.

Arcade & VR Games: For arcade and VR games you should have a Woop card or need to make a minimum recharge and purchase the Woop card.

Single/Multiple Purchases: The Card can be used for single or multiple purchases at Woop until the balance is depleted.

Non-Refundable: The Card cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged: The Card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.

4. Limitations:

Certain activities or special events may have additional charges or be excluded from Card usage. Please refer to the Woop website or inquire with customer service for details on any exclusions.

5. Disclaimer:

Woop is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized use of the Card. Woop reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Card in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India.
