- Bowling tickets are redeemable 3 hours after purchase and subject to these Terms.
- Updates to the Terms will be reflected on the website without prior notice.
- The ticket is valid for 7 days or must be used immediately upon issuance of a physical
ticket. - Expired tickets cannot be extended or refunded.
- The lost or stolen coupon offer is not replaceable if lost or damaged.
- Bowling shoes are mandatory (provided at the venue).
- The above Offers are applicable Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM only. Excludes
weekends and public holidays. - The ticket cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Any damage to equipment will result in penalties.
- Management reserves the right to restrict access in case of non-compliance or misuse.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Q2. Can I use the offers on weekends or public holidays?
Ans: Yes, the recharge offers are valid on holidays & weekends. But Game specific offers are only available from Monday to Friday and are not applicable on weekends and public holidays.
Q3. Do I need a card to avail game specific offer?
Ans: You do not need a card for game-specific offers. But to avail VR games & arcade games offer you require a card. You can use an old Woop card or get a minimum recharge card at Woop.
