Any 1 Arcade Game - ₹149:
- Purchasing a ticket confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
- Redeemable 3 hours after receiving the email confirmation.
- Tickets are valid for 7 days from purchase.
- The lost or stolen coupon offer is not replaceable if lost or damaged.
- Expired tickets are non-refundable.
- Access is granted for a single arcade game session.
- Offers apply Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM, excluding weekends and public
holidays. - Tickets cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Availability of games may vary depending on operational conditions.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any 1 VR Game - ₹249:
- By purchasing a VR game ticket, you agree to these Terms.
- Offers are redeemable 3 hours after receiving the confirmation email.
- This ticket is valid for 7 days from purchase.
- Expired tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.
- The lost or stolen coupon offer is not replaceable if lost or damaged.
- The ticket allows access to one VR game only.
- Sessions are subject to a fixed time limit.
- VR games require a Woop Card or a minimum recharge.
- Offers apply Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM. Not valid on weekends or public
holidays. - This ticket cannot be merged with other promotions.
- Any damage to VR equipment due to negligence will incur additional charges.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
What Can You Do With It?
Q1. Will The Woopee Card Be A Physical Card Or A Digital Card?
Ans: The Woopee card will just be purchased digitally, after purchasing it you will receive an email which will help you avail a Physical card from Woop.
Q2. How Long Will It Take To Receive The Mail?
Ans: You will receive the mail when you complete the purchase on your registered email ID.
Q3. Is My Virtual Card Secure?
Ans: Yes, your virtual card is unique and secure. Please treat it like any other card information and avoid sharing it with anyone.
Q4. Can I Return Or Exchange The Woopee Card?
Ans: The Woopee card once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q5. Can I Top-Up My Woopee Card?
Ans: Yes, the Woopee card like any other card available at woop can be Recharged.
